Experiencing personal annoyance and/or antagonism-anger (typically from a real or pretended wrong) is not unpleasing to God but oftentimes unpleasing to some people due to some people's preference of experiencing other senses such as gentleness, etc.. Keep in mind that patiently enduring-longsuffering (even the experience of annoyances and/or antagonism) is a spirit filled life just as experiencing gentleness, etc. is a spirit filled life. Therefore, anger which possesses a connotation of stepping overbounds (publicly being open, frank, and confident -parressia) is divine strategy by God oftentimes to accomplish his will. God the Father (sinless) and his only begotten son-Jesus (sinless) even angered. Therefore, whether being the one angered or experiencing someone else angered, it's important to set tones aside (here anger being an exampled tone) and listen to the actual words spoken and actions performed accompanying the tone. Why? Because that's where your treasure is. The treasure being the lesson(s) that God wants you to experience through words spoken or actions performed purposed to teach you and greater position you through developing a greater eye and ear for him. Watch this: Remember that the tone within itself (here anger being the example) is not sinful-unpleasing to God, however, if you get caught up with the tone (here anger being the example) wanting to not deal with a certain tone then your ruling of the circumstance is based too heavily on the tone not keeping enough credence on the actual words spoken and/or actions performed. In other words, you have been deceived into not receiving your lesson(s) to be learned and greater spiritual positioning strategically derived from the attempting to spiritually develop your ear and eye. You see how cunning deception can be. How? You have not sinned because sin within itself is not a sin but viewed as the one wrong due to your expression of anger. The enemy (the spirit in enmity with God) loves to redirect the blame and make the innocent look guilty while the enemy is the one really guilty. Additionally, being that you are falsely deemed as wrong, the one's who are spiritually blinded with your so-called wrong (those who can't see this cunningness), will treat you according to you being wrong (additional proof of spiritual blindness.) People treat the way they think. So, the spirit in enmity with God) attempts to get you to think you are wrong by being angered, gets other to view you as wrong because you are angered, actions are actions are taken against you because you are viewed as wrong, and through all this discombobulation God is simply wanting lessons to be learned from words being spoken and actions performed while the tone (falsely used as the tool of deception-distraction) creates the discombobulation.
Please note that this is not a promotion that you personally being angry all the time is proper or you having to experience someone else being angry all the time is proper. Why? Because God strategically uses various tones-connotations to strategically accomplish his will. He (God) can do that because he is sinless using various tones which within themselves are sinless. Therefore, the experience of various tones-connotations are necessary. Why all this discombobulation to simply receive a lesson from God? You MUST remember that things given by God (including God's lessons to be learned) often times have to be earned meaning that in the midst of freely giving and freely receiving (God freely giving you his lesson and you freely receiving his lessons), there is still a boogabear (again that spirit in enmity with God) that challenges you to receive your free lessons for your greater spiritual positioning (which encompasses your growing personal relationship with God, passing along the lessons you learned from God, etc.) That's why he (God) spiritually teaches you to develop your spiritual eyes and ears (your spiritual gates) in order for you to fellowship with him and obtain lessons from him in the midst of the boogabear's siftings, theft, and destruction (i.e.- if tones distract you then you have become a victim of sifting, theft, and destruction keeping you away from your treasures.) Even the Apostle Paul had to remind a congregation of people who were getting sifted by various tones of leaders which was deception distracting them from spoken words purposed to teach them lessons as a congregation. God was attempting to spiritually teach them lessons through spiritually developing their spiritual eyes and ears in the midst of infiltration of false teachings that entered the church.
Lastly, said in the spirit of love and no condemnation, who can say that some people are not distracted from God and not mentally conscious of God's lessons in the discombobulations? Today anger is the primary topic and I encourage you to not allow anger to distract you because anger within itself is not righteously unpleasing and your treasures can be discovered experiencing righteous anger. I pray you have the spiritual eye and ear to grab your treasures (lessons.) An addendum, remember that anger opens spiritual gates (even righteous anger) and that's why it's important to close the gates of anger quickly after appropriately being opened with righteous anger in order to properly manage temptations that desire to enter the gate (quickly closing the gates meaning 'let not the sun go down on your wrath' so your righteous anger is not led to unrighteous spoken words or actions.)
