"Keep working on trusting in all things"~ Author Charles L. Robinson Jr.

Yesterday's 7/31/24 daily devotion titled "Keep believing for what you are believing for" included the following statement purposed for your encouragement: "Understand that the will of God to be fulfilled in your life is not based on measures (the amount of times) you request the will of God to be fulfilled in your life. The irony of measures (either few or many) without the right stuff such as trusting in God are empty (vain)". In other words, measures without trust-faith are vain. Measures need to have a relationship with trusting God for effectiveness (note: it's essential for trust to have a relationship with anything in order for the perspective thing to be effective.) This leads us to today's devotion titled "Keep working on trusting in all things" building from yesterday's conversation pertaining to measures specifically tied to the will of God.

"Trust" is a synonym of "faith" which comes from the greek word pistis and pistis is imperative within all things pertaining to God and your personal faith walk. It's impossible to please God without trusting him. If God is not pleased then there is disparity between man's circumstance and God (meaning something is out of the will of God.) There are no circumstances whereby not trusting God pleases God. Matter of fact, man's good standing with God is upheld on man trusting God which is greater exemplified in God's dispensational shift from law to grace (the doctrine of man's righteousness is based on man's trust.) So, yesterday's devotion dealt with trusting God regarding the specific topic of the will of God and today's devotion expands yesterday's topic to keep working on trusting God in all things (in all topics.) You and your families have a wonderful day.

"But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him". Hebrews 11:6

"Now the just shall live by faith, but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him". Hebrews 10:38

"For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith'. Romans 1:17
