It was not meant to depend on the comforts of purses (money bags), scrips (traveling bags), and shoes all the time. Jesus sending them without personal purses, scrips, and shoes, not only help create a dependency on him but purposely created a sense of "doing on the edge" for them while doing their work for him. A very important point: He instructed them to go without purses, scrips, and shoes intending their success not failure. Therefore, remain mindful that "doing on the edge" can be part of the formula of launching your successes. You and your families have a fun filled - blessed day!
"And he said unto them, when I sent you without purse, and scrip, and shoes, lacked ye anything? And they said, Nothing. Then he said unto them, But now, he that hath a purse, let him take it, and likewise his scrip: and he hath no sword, let him sell his garment, and buy one". Luke 22:35-36
