Observing takes time and within that that time personal assessments establish declarations (that should exclude all condemnation) with follow up planning for the necessary purpose of imparting godly edification in the lives of those being assessed. However, within this realm of time management, balanced assessed time towards self godly edification resolves potential culminated vain time spent (culminated unnecessary time spent) towards assessing others. So, today's devotion is an encouraging reminder that observing both hands on the clock (observing both you and others) is good for everybody (you and others) as you spend time assessing to impart goldy impartations.

"And why beholdeth thou mote that is in thy brother's eye, but not considereth the beam that is in thy own eye? Or wilt thou say to thy brother, let me pull out the mote out of thine eye, and, behold a beam is in thine own eye? Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam of thine own eye; AND THEN shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye" Matthew 7:3-5
"Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?" 2 Corinthians 13:5
