The believer believes in the return of Jesus Christ just as the farmer believes in the harvest. However, in the midst of believing, the believer has no control of the exact moment of Jesus's return just as the farmer has no control of the exact moment of the harvest. Patience teaches both the believer and farmer to live in rest throughout uncontrollable circumstances. I believe for your rest in general and specifically throughout uncontrollable circumstances.
